INGLATERRA. El Chelsea, en el primer año del técnico italiano Carlo Ancelotti, rompió la serie de tres títulos consecutivos del Manchester United y, hoy, ha conquistado el galardón de la "Premier" 2009-10, que es el cuarto en la historia del club de Londres.
El conjunto londinense, que logró el título goleando en la última jornada endosando una goleada al Wigan (8-0), lo que le permitió mantener el punto de ventaja que llevaba sobre un Manchester que también goleó al Stoke (4-0), obtuvo con anterioridad sus entorchados de la "Premier" en las campañas 1994-95, 2004-05 y 2005-06.
Los club más laureados de la "Premier" son el Liverpool y el Manchester United, ambos con 18 títulos de Liga. En la tercera plaza, figura el Arsenal, con 13 campeonatos.
